Returns and Exchanges

At InstantKegs.com we work hard to provide quality products that will withstand the test of time, but we also understand that mistakes happen. We want you to be happy, which is why if something is wrong, we’d like the opportunity to make it right.


Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging, complete with the warranty cards, documents, manuals, and any accessories.
  • Unless otherwise stated by an official representative of InstantKegs.com, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including but not limited to freight charges on large items.
  • All return shipments require prepaid shipping and we strongly recommend insuring the package(s). InstantKegs.com is not liable for any damaged, stolen, or lost kegs or keg equipment.
  • Upon inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund, exchange or give you credit for the full value. We reserve the right to return any kegs that are not returned in the condition they were sent.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange any items within 30 days from the date it was shipped. We can’t process exchanges for customized kegs.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • [EXCHANGE] or [RETURN] in the subject line of the email.
  • Your name, business name, your phone number, and a description of the item.
  • The reason for your return or exchange.
  • Your unique order number.

Returning an Item to InstantKegs.com

  • All items must be in the original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the packing receipt with the reason for the return.
  • Write your order number on the outside of the box.
  • Send all returns to:

After receiving your package, we will begin processing your return or exchange and reach a resolution within 30 business days. If you have been issued a refund, please allow up to two billing cycles before the transaction is concluded.

As mentioned before, all returns must be in the original packaging with all documentation and able to be resold. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you.
